Refund policy
Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only, within 3 days of the item being delivered. Please contact us via email prior to returning an item. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Items returned without an return authorization number will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Sale items are FINAL SALE as well as accessories, due to hygiene reasons.
All items must be returned with original tags attached and in unworn, unwashed, and smoke free condition to receive an store credit.
We carefully inspect all orders before shipping, but in the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the product to correct the issue. Fly Shoe Boutique will cover all costs associated with replacing and returning damaged or defective items only.
Damages must be reported prior to item being worn or washed. Tags must still be attached.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
